At this event, guests learned how to make, store and serve babyfood, including the best fruits and vegetables to feed your little ones, and sample recipes!

Participants at this event learned about sustainability and other benefits of growing your own fresh herbs. Syeda Farid, a registered dietitian from Swedish Covenant Hospital, discussed supplies needed to start your own herb garden at home along with step-by-step instructions.

Food samples were provided courtesy of Whole Foods Market Lakeview and natural skin treatments using essential oils from Catrine Guzik, a registered dietitian and certified clinical aromatherapist from Swedish Covenant Hospital.
